For bookings over 6 days, 10% discount in Preseason, 5% discount in Mainseason and during Peak periods!

There are also 15 and 30-day discounts in the pre- and post-season, ask us for an offer by email!

The published prices are for the entire apartment and include the taxes specified by law -they do not, however, include the tourist tax, which must be paid on-site!

Tourist tax: HUF 750/person/night in Hajdúszoboszlón in 2026 per guest night for guests over 18 years of age.

Cash payment is not possible at the accommodation! Cancellation is free of charge 14 days before arrival.

The maximum number of people allowed in the apartment is 4!

House Rules

Welcome to Szilfák City Apartment!

We aim to ensure your pleasant stay and avoid misunderstandings, so we would like you to read our house rules. By booking, you are presumed to be aware of and accept these house rules and that they will be adhered to.

Our apartment is operated as a private accommodation.

Check-in / Check-out:

1. We offer access after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. The pin code-operated front door makes it convenient to occupy the apartment. You will receive this unique code by email and SMS to the email address and phone number provided during booking - 24 hours before your arrival date. All guests can use this pin code to open and close the apartment during their stay.
2. Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM on your departure day. When leaving, please close the door with the same code and press the lock symbol. We have a 24-hour telephone number: +36 30 990 9634. Non-Hungarian-speaking guests can email info@szilfakcityapartman.hu
3. Prior arrangements are required by email or phone in case of an earlier arrival or later departure.
4. We are available in person upon arrival; however, departure is only by prior arrangement.
5. Visitors can only be received during the day with the landlord's permission. The accommodation can only be used by the number of people agreed in advance, which the landlord can check without prior notice.
6. Bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, or other parties involving large amounts of alcohol and noise are prohibited. Accommodation is not available on New Year's Eve.
7. The WiFi password is displayed clearly in the apartment and is free of charge.

Smoking / Silence / Parking:

1. Regarding the noise regulations and the neighbours, please refrain from noisy activities! We also ask that you be quiet when arriving home at night or in the early morning.
2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The rooms and the kitchen are equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is permitted in the designated area on the terrace or loggia. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.
3. Parking is free behind the apartment.

Use of the apartment and furnishings:

1. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.
2. Please keep the apartment tidy, protect the furniture and equipment, use them properly and do not take them out of the apartment (e.g., towels, pillows, blanket).
3. The air conditioner can only be used with closed windows and doors (to cool and heat according to the season).
4. When leaving the apartment, please turn off the water, electricity, and air conditioning, close the windows, and lock the door! Also, please put the TV, air conditioner, and lamp remote controls in a clearly visible place.
5. Bringing any flammable materials or equipment into the apartment is prohibited!
6. The person causing the damage or his/her legal representative is obliged to compensate for damage caused on the accommodation's premises.
7. Please report any malfunctions immediately to the contact person. We cannot accept subsequent complaints.
8. The contact person's/operator's details are displayed on the kitchen wall.
9. We ask our guests to refrain from eating in the rooms! Instead, please use the kitchen dining area, which please keep clean. In case of food or staining liquids contaminating the beds, the guest is obliged to pay the total cost of cleaning or damage, which may even amount to the total cost of replacing the furniture.
10. Household waste can be collected in the bins in the kitchen and bathroom. Behind the apartment is a selective waste collection container, which we recommend to our environmentally conscious guests.

Other regulations:

1. We reserve the right to select our clientele. We do not accept intoxicated or aggressive guests.
2. The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not comply with the house rules.
3. If the house rules are violated, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, the guest will not be refunded for any remaining days.
4. By using the accommodation, it is self-evident that the guest has read, understood and accepted the contents of the house rules.
5. For longer stays, bed linen change and cleaning are provided once a week. Fresh towels and bed linen can be requested daily for an additional fee.

The accommodation

The apartment for rent is located in the heart of Hajdúszoboszló, two minutes from the center and a 5-minute walk from the spa.

Hajdúszoboszlói programs

Hungarospa Hajdúszoboszló is one of the most popular bath complexes in Europe. The resort area was expanded in 2021 and includes three main sites. The first and most popular is the Medical Bath area, where more than 40 different treatments can help those seeking recovery. The second is the “Open-Air” beach, one of Hungary's largest outdoor wellness complexes, expanded with premium services in 2021. The third is the indoor Aqua-Palace, where the bathing experience is exciting and refreshing all year round.

The City Sightseeing Nostalgia Train has been running through the streets of Hajdúszoboszló for more than 15 years, providing unforgettable tourist experiences. During the journey, you can hear all the interesting facts about the city in Hungarian. At the same time, foreign visitors can follow the foreign language version downloaded to their phones so that everyone can understand and enjoy the journey.

Since the end of May 2019, the extraordinary sight, the Upside-Down House, has been located in Siófok and Hajdúszoboszló. At the beginning of May, the house was transported to Hungary in elements, and its assembly took almost four weeks.

Do you love adventure and want to test your skills? At the Mókuskaland Adventure Park, you can measure yourself against exciting challenges! The adventure park, which covers an area of almost one hectare, allows young and old to enjoy unforgettable experiences on tracks built at heights of meters.

The Bell Tower is Hajdúszoboszló's youngest architectural creation and symbol. The city owes it to the applied artist Edit Oborzil and the architect Zoltán Rácz.

Hajdúszoboszló's Open-Air Stage, a short walk from Hungarospa, bursts into life each summer with concerts by popular artists and dazzling performances. Modern facilities and a comfortable auditorium guarantee an unforgettable entertainment experience.

The Hajdúszoboszló Boating Lake is located right next to the Hungarospa Baths; most of it belongs to the bath area. There is a possibility for boating and fishing outside the season. The exciting thing about the lake is that it does not freeze in winter, thanks to the warmth of the thermal water so that anglers can indulge in their passion even in colder weather.

The Szent István Park and its surroundings await visitors with renewed experience elements. In 2022, the Mátyás király Promenade and the Szent István Park, located opposite the baths, underwent a significant renovation. The already lush parkland area has been enriched with elements that bring a new colour to its life.

From spring till autumn, the Nádas Fishing Lake and Leisure Park await fishing and beach lovers. In the area located in the north-western part of the city, a sandy beach has been created for beachgoers, where young and old can safely splash around. Several places suitable for cooking, barbecuing and picnics make the place more joyful.

The Holiday Amusement Park is located in Hajdúszoboszló, near Hungarospa, on Gábor Áron Street. Quality entertainment awaits young and old alike every summer, with high-quality, unique games available to all guests. Every age group can find the perfect relaxation from traditional to more extreme games.

From March 24, 2024, egg trees and other Easter installations will be exhibited in the park next to the Kovács Máté Municipal Cultural Center in Hajdúszoboszló. The initiative was organised with the cooperation of the local epicentre, organisations, churches, schools and kindergartens, the local government, and the cultural centre. The aim is to create an Easter Park that perfectly fits the holiday and expresses the beginning of the city's rebirth.
