PAYMENT TERMS

On the szilfakcityapartman.hu website, payment is only electronically possible when booking online!

Currently supported payment methods:

Online Bank Card Payment via PayPal: You can securely, quickly, and conveniently make an online payment with a bank card or PayPal balance.

You do not have to provide your card details to us; we cannot see or store them. When you choose bank card payment, the system redirects you to PayPal's secure and protected interface, where the payment takes place! The bank card payment window is active for 10 minutes, so this is the time available to complete the process!

Payment by bank transfer: If you choose this method, you must initiate a domestic HUF or EUR transfer directly to our bank account (OTP Bank). The booking confirmation email contains the necessary information and bank account details for the transfer.

Paying the deposit with a SZÉP card: If you want to pay with a SZÉP card, before finalising the booking, select the "Pay deposit" option, then click on the link of the bank associated with your card! The link will navigate you to the online payment page of the given bank's SZÉP card, where you can complete the payment after logging in and entering your card details!

Payment Process

Links are set up so that the "Szilfák City Apartman" accepting place is already selected in the pop-up window!

You have 120 minutes to complete the payment process for each payment method, after which the booking will be automatically cancelled from the system!

If you cannot complete the payment within the specified time interval and the booking has been automatically cancelled, you can make a new booking if the apartment is still available to be booked for the selected time.

Payment options:

On our site, you can pay a deposit or the total amount!

You can only pay a deposit if the entire booking period is at least 14 days after the booking date.

In this case, the system will offer to pay the deposit and the total amount so the Customer can decide which option to choose.

If you pay the total amount, you have nothing else to do. We will provide you with the apartment when you book!

We will notify you of a successful payment by email!

If you choose the deposit payment option, you must first pay 50% of the total booking amount!

We will notify you by email of a successful deposit payment!

Please pay the remaining amount no later than 14 days before the move-in date for the booking to be valid, and we can guarantee the apartment for you!

Once the remaining amount has been paid, we will notify you by email!

If there are less than 14 days between the booking and move-in dates, you must pay the total booking amount!

Both payment methods can be used to pay the deposit and the total amount. The deposit rate is always 50%!

Cancellation and refund:

You can cancel your booking 14 days before the start date of your booking!

To do this, click the link containing the booking details at the bottom of the booking confirmation email!

Click the "Cancel Booking" button in the pop-up window and send your message!

We will notify you by email of the cancellation of the booking!

We will process the refund according to the terms and conditions!
